exactly understand the question being asked but from the database point of view the QID in tbquestions has qa, qb and qc, if u notice QID in the answers tables also has QID with respectives

Very comprehensive discussion in this chapter,i so njoyed it. magic Quotes were new to me but I guess its all part and parcel of understanding how html and php works (php.ini) as well. thanks for the link 77929284. At times its best to use the GUI but if u occasionally hv to create the same db's and tables, best u keep ur scripts and clauses safe and ready for use.

This chapter was great, always thought, if i use databases to store my info, why then files???....so I knw can make an app with a function stored in another file, and i use it by using the "include" function, a great discussion was ventured into text files, php and CSV files...Chapter done

I think after making any website or any web application your client will ask, "is it safe and secure online" I think this chapter was a good starting point, it was quite new to me tho i believe with th increase of hackers in this world we need to also up our game, I will definately need to go deeper into security issues tho i think this was a good start...chapter done

ok thanks, will very much opt to use check boxes for users(students) to select courses, while administrator will be the only one able to enter courses, will keep it simple to single variables for each course than arrays, thanks a mill mac and 77913523 for the clarity.

By far the most difficult topic for me so far is arrays but i am getting used to them, A serious concern for me is that if a variable is said to store one item and a an array is said to be like a variable storing a list of items therefore the logic is that arrays are way bigger that simple variables, hope this wont affect the smooth running of web applications as logic would have it it become mor

Just a quick question, forms is what i figure we will be using plenty of. In terms reporting or generating reports of our data, is a form in php essentially just showing or printing results onto a new page as in
Language: PHP<FORM name ="form1" Method ="post" action ="reportform.php">
or its now more mySql related and we may have to use items such as crys

great topic, something new learnt was === and !==, also the order of precedence was sumthn to take note of, I think the major challenge as a programmer is in responding and having to decide which conditional statement to use eg, if else vs switch, I would say keep 2 things in mind 1. use what is most suitable for the task at hand and 2. use what you are most comfortable with, bearing these two in

Thanks for webmonkey sit, m covered in tht area now, guess php and html are married, otherwise on our final practical project portfolio we will be required to make an application that "Administrators can add, view, edit and delete student and course details" the reason I am asking " On my array instead of just printing out the array, how can i get the user to enter all the elements

I read in a book once that the origins of c++ language name actually came from C programming. hence when improvements were made the next programming language after C was to be called "C++", refering to the idea that it was C language + an extra technology to it, hence best explained as C++ is like saying C=C+1......I agree with mac and 77932455 on th reason for your differences. What i

yes indeed, cloud computing is certainly here, and mastering php will give us a good understanding of how web based applications are created and how best we can maintain (and audit) the systems.

I had the same issue and have been moving files all along, I think the safest bet is moving to a different location (not yor C/PROGRAM files root), On project submission will you be strict on specifically using easyphp or xampp or wamp?
