On the cover sheet of your ass1 there should be a space for comments. On mine there is written Very Good!!. But then again it all depends on who marked your assignment.

i haven't got my marks for assignmt1 & i submited asgnmnt2 it's posible that i'll receive both marks at the same time.

I haven't got my marks 4 assgnmnt1 but a submited b4 the due date by myunisa.D u think the problem is becose i didn't use Post. eye rolling smiley

Unlikely.. I submitted ass2 a couple days after ass1 and I still got my marks relatively quickly (compared to other people).

One question.

I recieved my marks for Assignment 1 today.

It says I got 57 credits for the assignmnet, but then it says I got 57% for the assignmnet.

So which is it, cuz it doesn't make much sense for obvious reasons. Maximum credits is 70, so 57 credits doesnt correspond to 57%.

If 57% is the mark I got, I'm not gonna know if I should cry or laugh, cuz I found the assignmnet pretty ok. (although 57/70 is still a little dissapointing).

Could someone plz explain it to me?

Hi Prowler

They do not calculate the percentage, it is one of our tutorial letters.
Confusing I know, but they only display the credit amounts and twice, once in credit column and again in percentage column.

Howzit,

I also got 57% and 57 credits for assignment1. What I'm scared of is that the credits were calculated incorrecly and I'm relying on it to get me past the required 100 credits. I dont want to find out in August that I dont qualify for the exams just because the credits for assignment1 was calculated incorrectly.

Don't worry about it. The tutorial letter said that you need to work out your percentage. ie. 57 = 57/70 = 81%

I know this is true because I've also got my hard copy assignment back with 69/70. Only 1 mark wrong, yet myUnisa also says I got 69%
