I got this as 3 questions you need to answer.

a)Take 1 and 2 as preconditions and 3 as conclusion.
b)Take 1 and 3 as preconditions and 2 as conclusion
c)Take 2 and 3 as preconditions and 1 as conclusion

We're not being asked to prove anything, just that, if the argument is invalid, we must provide the counter-example. A sentence or two should be enough, I think.
