To fix the problem of the cart not being emptied mentioned by Corrie, do this:
In Administration, go to "Localization" and then "Order Status" (http://www.osprey.unisa.ac.za/mac/ecom/xx/catalog/admin/orders_status.php), click on "Delivered", click the "Edit" button, tick the "Set as default" box and click on the "Update" button.
