Not a valid mercant.

When I try to login to price tag with my merchant number(that was provided by Price Tag) and password as "password", I get the following error: Not a valid mercant.

If I am number 10, do I use "10" for all the configuration setups, or 010. I have used 10 as all the text refers to a two digit number.

Are you using Internet Explorer?

I had the same symptom while using my "Opera" browser. It worked as soon as I used the dreaded Microsoft IE.

Got sorted out, spoke to people at pricetag, I think they were moving servers or something and needed to redirrect some line or something.
Anyway, it works now, thanks
