Can I place the link to display delete.php on list_players.php?

Hi,
My delete.php page is never seen, when the user clicks delete a window pops up asking are they sure if they want to delete 'player name', if yes the code in the delete.php executes, so delete.php is never seen. I don't want to change my page because it works perfectly and the confirmation window popping up looks neat and professional, so would it be fine if I have two links to dislpay the code on the list_players.php page? (one for delete.php and the other for list_players.php).
