Link dont show up as Links 'Blue'!

Hi Mac

Ive noticed that some of my links echoed from PHP doesn't show up as a link but rather as normale TEXT.
Also it shows a little Type Insert Cursor when hovering above it but still works as a link if I click on it.

Will i be penalized for this?
Hopefully marker wont think that my Links are missing?

If the link cannot be clicked then the page cannot be seen then it cannot be marked.

Well I have spent the whole day today trying to get these LINKS to show up as Blue with an underline like theyre suppose to Automatically if they're in a <a></a> bracket.
I really dont know what to do I have even tried CSS styling on it and still doesn't want to show up as BLUE however if I hover over them they go blue now.
I have even tried hard coding the HTML bracket <a color='Blue'> still doesn't work.

The links work.If you click on them they do whatever they're suppose to.

The links does not have to be blue.... that is an HTML issue in any event. As long as the links work.
