PHP Portfolio no oil painting?

Hi

I would like to know if the Portfolio needs to be a full fledged neatly looking website
or will wire frame and black on white text work AS LONG as the PHP functionality is there?

PHP functionality is premium. The rest is up to you - uyou want to jazz it up, good for you. No marks are awarded, but clearly how you present the code (how it is layed out on the page) is important as to its usefulness.
