It appears that some servers (it may be all) does not allow upload of an index.html file if it has PHP code in it. In that case just rename the file to index.php.
An error when uploading may be in the line of "violated terms of agreement... etc."

I see nothing in the agreements preventing this, and they allow index.html
index.php index.htm Index.php index.shtml Index.htm Index.html default.htm default.html home.htm home.html
Has anyone tested using PHP code in one of these other types allowed? Never mind, I tried home.html and it uploaded, but does not run the php code.

I'm trying to create a table in my DB on FWHA so i get an error says: Missing value in a form but i did put everything needed.
please help If anyone did create a DB and succeed.
And I tried to import the Tables with zip but after that i can't access them (not knowing where they are store on FWHA).
