Tutorial letter 101 is a bit unclear about an exam for ICT2613 (the announcement on page 3 supersedes information that appears later on in the tutorial letter).

Note that for semester 1, 2013, there will be no exam. The portfolio thus replaces the exam.

Hey Mac it does not specify for exam, it only says for the assignment,i followed the instructions very carefully and couldn't see any specific url to use, i submitted mine with the url of my choice yesterday, if there is a url that we must use can you tell me what it is and if possible can i resubmit with the relevant url? i don't wanna end up with unmarked portfolio because of a url....

Exam? There is a portfolio, the submission document uploaded a while ago (Notifications were sent out) has it all.

Ok Mac the procedure on does not tell us what the url name should be, it only says for assignment procedure only but i have asked fellow student and they said to me that student number and some after that i.e (40245194-me.freeoda.com and the one i submitted the url was of my choice, can i resubmit with the url like that one or is it fine with the url i used? i only saw this for folder COURSECODE_Portfolio_Sem1_2013_surnameINITIALS_studentnumber and this COURSECODE_Portfolio_Sem1_2013_surnameINITIALS_studentnumber.zip and URL it say we create URL.txt but no specification of what website url should be..

Fellow students are correct. It follows from assignment 1.

If you did not follow those procedures, then you upload agin, overwritint your wprevious submission.

Hello Mac, I created the .txt file with my URL but instead of naming it URL.txt, I named it www.mysite.eu5.org.txt. Is it necessary for me to go in and change the name of the .txt file to URL.txt?
