Hi, anyone know how to get a "search form" to actually search the site and display results?

You need to submit the form to a web service like Google

Got the search to work but now the <input type="submit" value="Search" /> displays the SEARCH BUTTON fine in Chrome and Opera but not in Firefox and IE. What to do?

Write the full code for a submit button... even if they do not give it, e.g. name=
