Unreadable article

Hi there!

The article "Abstract models for HCI.pdf" which I downloaded from the oasis site is just about unreadable. It was obviously scanned in but the quality is terrible.

Does anyone have a readable copy of this? Can the lecturers maybe help?

Do you have an alternate one, it is not a very big file.
