How secure is the new Spam prevention?

How funny is this It asks you to add the total of two numbers. I looked at the html file for the page if you search "how much is " you find your to numbers. So you can write a program that can counter the spam prevention. It is not that secure! I wonder if the numbers were replaced with images contained the same numbers which are little bit scrubbled will it work.

It is not that simple.... + there are another 4 hurdles which you do not know about.
