I managed to send an email to the Librarian using the form action librarian@nersa.org.za form tag.But how do i send the email address entered by the user, instead of IE searching for the email on the computer used to complete the form?Also, how do i send the subject of the email in my form?

I am not sure what you want to achieve with your form r.e. the user email and what you have tried.

I have created two forms to be completed by clients in different pages i.e one is on Arlets and the other one is on contact page.
After entering data on the required fields and submitting, i expect to receive all the data entered in the form in my e-mail address.However i receive the data below

lname=
email=mangabane@tsamail.co.za
telephone=
comment=
Second the subject on the e-mail on my side display this info"Form posted from Windows Internet Explorer
