I didn't comment on this earlier but on review now I realise that link creation is a primary essential in website building. Without this nothing hangs together. Just a point: I often forget to put in the closing a tag. This essentially turns not only the link but everything that follows it into the link. This is not a problem when the link is clearly seen to be visible. It's easy to correct. However when working with CSS the link can be formatted to match the whole. It then becomes less easy to immediately see the error.
