I have established that Despatch apparently did not receive the CD from Sound and Video therefore could not distribute it. I am talking to them to get it out as soon as possible.

In the meantime, find the URL in Section 4.4. to download the download the contents of the CD so long. The H&L material is most important - you can get away without the rest of the software and files for now. It is only EasyPHP or XAMPP (lite) that is of a large(er) size.
