Backlog:
a Prioritized list of project requirements or features that provide business value to the customer.
For the inventory system the changes can be changes to how the data is captured, what is captured – changes to reports etc.

Sprints:
Consist of work units that are required to achieve a requirement defined in the backlog that must be fit into a predefined time-box.
For example, if in the backlog a report is reported to be changed the report is locked during the sprint and worked on until it is corrected.

Scrum meetings:
Short meetings held daily where the team members are asked what did they do since the last team meetings, what obstacles were encountered, what you plan to do until the next meeting.
Problems that the members work on reported in the backlog is handled and report on in the scrum meetings.

Demos:
Deliver the software increment so that the functionality is tested.
For example, a report that was registered on the backlog is completed and tested during the demo to see if it is now satisfactory for the customer.
