Are there any good alternate compliers for this course?
The output window keeps playing hid and seek.

Dev C++ is fine for this course.
The console window will ALWAYS be minimized if you click anywhere on the screen outside the console.
Thats the way Windows works, and will be the same for any compiler.

Doesn't work for me. Really frustrating! My programs compile when I use a source file, but the exact same code does not compile as a project.
