Object not found error 404

I am working through the php. Yesterday all my files opened, no problem. Today nothing wants to open, i keep on getting the message error 404 and i've tried everything. Please help. I can't understand how all works well yesterday, and today nothing wants to open. Very frustrating!

After reading Mac's link, I can suspect that if you have not posted your site on line, the problem might be other softwares recently installed on your system and clash with the Apache server on port 80 and makes it unreachable. If it is online, I suggest you try googling for another free web hosting sites

You may be onto something. Is it on your local machine or on FWHA? If local, is EasyPHP running? Are you using localhost in your URL? Is the path correct? And so forth. It could be anywhere.

Thanks, everything is up and running again, i still don't know what caused the 404 error, just glad it's fine now.
