how do you save what u post on the forum?

hey there we were told to save what we post on the forum. can anyone point me in the direction of how u do that? thanks

Windows 7 has a very nice snipping tool, that allows you to take a picture of the post once it is done, If however you need it in text format. I think a Word file will work best until you know in what format it will be on your website.

Just highlight your post with your mouse, copy and paste into word or Notepad, to transfer to your web page at a later stage.

e.g.

Tim-72967781 [ PM ] how do you save what u post on the forum?

You can also click on your user handle in the forum and then select "Show all posts by user". Its the third button next to your handle. It will show you a list of all your posts in the forum.

Thanks Phoenix. I had saved all my posts as images. Had to go through the entire lot again and copy and paste to save as text rather. It has just taken me 6 hours. Would have taken a lot longer if you hadn't mentioned that I could view all my own posts! Having to redo my entire Active Participation page :/
