Can someone please check if I am approaching this question correctly:

Total days for completion 50 - as stated by the question
Philip & Albert will have an extra week so 55 days for each = 440 hours
Philip will have an extra 4 days: totals to 59 = 472 hours
Daphney 50 days = 400 hours;
Mpho & Faith 5 hours a day out of 50 days = 250
Donald 1 week 40 hours
overhead: 300 a day for 50 days

For each of the above hours we multiply by the hourly rate, sum up all of these costs to get the total?
