The purpose of the job is to provides assistance and excellent customer service, online shop and other retail initiatives
Requirements
• Grade 12 and computer qualification
• 1 year experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work outside of normal working hours when required
Recommendation
• Must be a registered student of UNISA (please attach proof of registration)
• Knowledge of Point of Sale System
Knowledge/Skills
• Numerate with the ability to calculate figures and competently undertake administration
• Knowledge and experience of the retail environment
• Awareness of fashion trends
• Knowledge of selling and merchandising
• Office administration
• Customer care
Duties
• Sales
• Liaise with Clients in all areas of Sales
• Merchandising
• Attend to on line orders
• Compile and submit weekly sales report
• Stock management
Assumption of duty : As soon as possible
Salary : R102, 754 per annum (all inclusive)
