As our Junior Linux Support Consultant your duties will come to include phone support; maintaining our clients computer infrastructure; the deployment of Obsidian solutions which include firewalls, mailservers, file sharing, and completing monthly maintenance.
Technical growth will be enormous as training will be provided.
Requirements:
An IT Tertiary qualification,
Knowledge of desktop competencies essential,
Strong basic troubleshooting abilities,
You need to have great communication skills (excellent written & spoken English) to handle first line support,
Matric with Strong Maths,
Your licence and own transport,
Bright, passionate, positive attitude, and willing to learn!
