PROGRAMMER PROSPECTON - DURBAN

Reporting to the Software Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting systems to fulfill requirements in all sectors of the business.
Key responsibilities: Involved in all parts of the Software Development Cycle especially from Phases of development, testing and deployment. Development and Support of existing internally developed systems Responsible for database design and creation Design of reports in various report software Compile required documentation, manuals and co-ordinate training for developed systems Ability to work in a development team and multi-task on different projects

Minimum requirements: BSc. Computer Science degree with minimum 3 years experience Extensive knowledge in development with Delphi and Java programming languages Experience in database languages eg. SQL Knowledge and expertise with Microsoft SQL Server database Experience in Qlikview BI Tool, JD Edwards (ERP) and Crystal reporting – highly advantageous
