Looking for one Settlement Assistant ( graduate position )
Position: Outsourcing Settlement Assistant
Location: Johannesburg
Main responsibilities:
1 Receive and check subcontractor's settlement materails,make detail settlement table sheet
2 Submit necessary settlment files to ECC(outsourcing system),then submit voucher reated with settlement application to FOL (finance system)
3 Track and push the payment until the invoice been paid
4 Communicate with subcontractors about outsourcing payment
5 Estimate total amount of outsourcing payment of each month
6 Collect and analyse the outsourcing settlement data to make chart or sheet
Educational background: National diploma or above, the one who majored in Finance or Economics related will be preferred.
