Tetrad IT is a Johannesburg based company looking for highly intelligent and motivated IT graduates to enter the Siebel consultancy arena. No Siebel experience is necessary, but you do need a track record of success. That means a final year average of at least 70% and/or some sort of other outstanding achievement, such as significant open source contributions or running your own business.

Our consultants duties are broad and the following are the primary duties they take on as they progress to senior levels:
* Configure Siebel objects (screens, applets, business components, business services, workflows etc)
* Create and maintain Siebel scripts
* Install and set up a complete Siebel server system (including the database and application servers) as well as the local Tools environment
* Integrate with other systems
* Read, create and review system designs
* Read, create and review system requirements
* Read, create and review end user documentation
* Read, create and review technical documentation
* Read and create test plans, and test systems
* Participate in and lead reviews
* Perform basic system administrator functions
* Perform basic database administrator functions
* Manage clients
* Manage teams
* Manage projects
* Mentor more junior staff
