Did anyone else experience problems last night - from about 11pm to 6am this morning, with submitting assignments on my.unisa?

It seems that the new system gets worse every day!

Hi everyone.

Same problem here - actually I *still* can't login - Invalid user alert (happened a while ago for a few days and then suddenly came right).

Anyway, *very* frustrating when you have to spend almost as much time fighting with myUnisa as doing the assignment!

I spoke to the myUNISA helpdesk guys this morning...apparently a switch failed between the web servers and the server hosting the active directorey, so the portal couldn't do authentication. The site has been up since about 9:40 this morning again.

I just added a note to the top of my assignment indicating the problems experienced and the people I spoke to this morning. smiling smiley
