Debug problem

Hi

when i am trying to debug my project there is a
warning message box that is displayed

"Visual Studio cannot start debugging the debug target 'c:\documents..............R 'n R.exe is missing
pleas build the project and try,or set the Output Path and Assembly Name properties appropriately
to point at the correct location for the target assembly"

I am at my 3rd project now and it is the first time it is doing this
wat can be wrong and how do I fix it
can any one pleas help

right click on your project in the solution explorer and build or rebuild and save should do the trick
