We should pay attention to some aspects about long life of sand rotary dryer:
1. The high and low of fuel combustion value, the merits of the insulation quality of the parts, the containing water of wet material and the homogeneous degree of feeding will have effect on the quality of baking product and the fuel consumption. So making the parts to the best state as soon as possible is an effective way to improve the economic benefit.
2. According to preheat condition, we put the wet materials into the drying cylinder progressively. As the condition of water, we increase the quantity of feeding. The preheating of rotary and hot blast stove all have some time, this can prohibited the burning is over. Preventing the part of rotary dryer overheating, uneven heat expansion and cause damage.
3. When the equipment is parking. We should shut down the hot blast stove, the drying cylinder should continue to rotate, when it is cooled to near ambient temperature, we can stop it. We should not park it on high temperature to prevent the cylinder bending deformation.
4. Ignite the hot air stove and preheating the rotary dryer, at the same time, making the rotary cylinder work. We should notice that when the cylinder is not working, we should not heat to prevent the cylinder bending.
