The question asks to create another table of same structure as the 2 mentioned.
Are we supposed to make use of user_tab_columns table, or as per page 9-33. If the second way, then are we supposed to copy any relevant data across too, else why talk about concatenating the first name and last name?
I'm a bit confused if we just have to create the table, or fill it with the data too.
