Have completed 1A,1B. gmdate(m d) h- hour can be included, can also show a complete timestamp gmdate(c)
Question: with the isset() function: In PHP is there other ways to declare and initialise a variable except the $var='Hello".
Because how can a variable be empty then, declare and set in the same line. It cannot be the Unset as it clears out all memory held for the variable?

The answer to my own question: a variable can be declare with a null value, be empty.

Beware - Null and empty is not the same.

Also read here why in most instances, especially with forms, it is better to use empty() . This will help you with the pactical assignment.
