Hi Mac,
Now that the exam is just a few days away, do you have any guidelines on what we should be concentrating on as far as studying is concerned. I assume the open-book exam will be essay or discussion questions. Any examples or general advice will be most appreciated.

And, can you please confirm the time for the exam on Monday 2nd Nov.

Hi Tanya - I am away from work at this time - please can you confirm with Ms Loock the exam time.

Since it is open book, you can assume application type questions. That means you should not copy and paste from the textbook!
