Hi! TVD how are you today would please help me to check under my folder and surname mulumba/index.html

As i am working on my project by hand coding without using web editor to make
sure that i know how to make it manuel i did my layout but it is not working as i expected i do not know
what to do for my frames to work perfectly.

hi

I suggest you do not use frames on your web site - even with a web editor such as dreamweaver it is difficult
Replace the frames with a table -- that will make it easier to code your web site
