none of my calculations come under 3 years. any of u get an answer for under 3 years?

yah, i think it was the 3rd one that came in at 2.5 yrs.

Remember that the lines of code in the formula is to be divided by 1000 and that the answer is given in months (152 hours).

ohhhh i was dividing by 10000 instead of 1000. thanks for that!

no... actually i did divide by 1000 initially. the smallest effort i get is 47.12. but this is not less than 36 (3 years).

None of my calculations come under 3 years. - shortest is c with 3.75 years

effort = 2.4(10568) ^1.05 is approx 28.5 months which is approx 2.4 years

Hi all
I calculated for all 3 projects and got answers above 3yrs, then I factored in the fact that A development team that is conversaant with the language wud reduce production time by 20%. This gave me Project C as the only project that wud take 3yrs.
