the question doesnt give a current point in time to use as the TODAY marker in the gantt and slip charts. so how do we do this? and how do we display progress? must we do 4 gantt and slip charts to display progress at each point in time given?

I'm drawing the charts as if "today" was the last day of the project. What tool are you using to draw your charts? I'm finding it a bit of a hassle doing them in visio.

another question when doing the ball chart - what dates are we supposed to use? we need a start and an end date.

start at any point in time. Remember that weeks are working weeks, i.e. 5 days. Divide the project into phases - that's what it means anyway. Eg: planning phase of 17 days is the first horizontal bar. The next group starts where the first ends, and so on.

Are any of these tasks dependent on each other? Will the delay of Nomsa delay the others?
