PROBLEMS WITH MyUnisa

I cannot log on to MyUnisa. Though with a correct student number and a password I have been using since I joined this year, it keeps telling that it is "Invalid Log in" I just used the same details yesterday, but today its a diff story.

I tried to join again but it says that I have already joined. Tried to use "forgot password function" but for no avail.

Can anyone tell me how should I get this solved? There is no function to reset the password as far as I know. And have tons of assignments to submit!

Please help, am out of ideas.

I think that it is a problem on myUnisa's site. I am also having the same problem.
Hopefully it will be sorted out soon.

Oh, thanks Leila, now I can rest cos I been thinking that someone snatched my password and logged in and changed! it! Though that possibility is almost nil.
I hope they extend the deadline though!!

Feels so much better now. I thought my student account was cancelled. Nice to know that I am not the only one with the same problem.

Surely you have experienced some myUnisa down time in the past?
