I also pasd it but a bit disapointd, i always got distictions were C++ is at hand but a 72% is not too bad

Not good for a poor boy, 51% is really bad performance. Anyway managed to avoid the "Academic Exclusion" VIRUS, and will gear up for next year.
I now know the secret of all this thing is to start reading as soon as possible when you get all materials and never loose momentum.

45% - Well thank goodness for supplementary exams ... 9 Feb

To be honest I ignored this module the whole year and more disappointed with my myself for doing this than my exam results. As part of my prep I'm rewriting an app in C++ and will try and implement some of this modules content.

Well at least I've got something todo this holiday - only go back to work on 11 Jan.

I am a bit disgusted to be honest. I got 64%, but got 90+ for both COS111 and COS112. I knew all the work and answered all the questions, so WTF happened?

Perhaps the underlying principles of data structures is what got you...But I cant see how. That stuff is easy to understand

I don't understand what happened. I eat templates for breakfast, and have been programming for 19 years already, of which 12 years was full time C. As I say, I know my stuff. I can always ask for a remark, but might be just a waste of money.

To be honest, I also thought I would've got higher. Actually, all my results were the complete opposite to what I thought I would get.

Maybe they don't like the fact that I did all my programs in pencil, or answered my questions out of sequence. I don't know but, what the hell.

Right there with you Henry, I also thought I'd get a much higher 80+ result. Also answered all in pencil sad smiley
A remark seems like too much effort too, I really wish we could see our marked papers to see what was marked as wrong.

77 in the exam, happy with it. Final year approaching. My answers were also in pencil, so don't think it was that guys.

No problem with the pencil. In front of the exam paper they did say that you can answer in pencil
and that is what I did

Yeah I didn't think the pencil had anything to do with it as I've always written code in pencil. Probably just some stupid errors made on my part sad smiley

@Henry, I was there and I believe I got something north of 70% . Unisa is mum and you must know what a disaster this is for third year registration.

My COS211X Results still say "Absent from Examination" even though I did write the exam. Anyone else having the same problems??
