CDCP1D-B..........Help please!

I'm having trouble with chapter 2 assignments.....I'm seriously stuck.
These loops are very confusing.
where can i get more help/explanation on this.

I also have a cos111u book introduction to C++ it explains loops pretty good. Maby you should find out if you can by one from unisa.
