What does "incomplete" mean?

Has anybody got their assignments back with questions marked "Incomplete"? What does this mean?

There were no mark allocations in the assignment questions so I had nothing to guage how long the answers should be and in my opinion, I can't think of what else I could have put down.

The cover says that we should refer to the solutions. Has anybody actually received solutions yet?

I have no idea what the incomplete means...all I know is that I got 10 creds for both assignment 4 and 5 and I did more than double the work for 5 than I did for 4 (meaning I left out half of ass4)

No solutions out yet

I haven't receive ANY solutions for COS226. I downloaded them for ass 4 and 5 so I could check why my marks were so low.
