What happened to the alternate colours for the rows... My topic page background is now all white?

Ok bad bad blond moment.. I adjusted the Contrast of my screen this morning... and whoops gone is the alternative row colours... That now got me wondering how many people's contrast is set to high and never even knew the alternate rows got different colours...
