one of the site requirements is

Use a Centered Heading, Times Roman 16, Bold.

Does this mean we need to use <h> tags and set the font to Times Roman, with font size 16, or is the font called "Times Roman 16"?

Also closest font match I have installed on my PC is Times New Roman, is this the one they mean?

set the font to Times Roman, with font size 16, make it bold, and center it on the page
