At this site you can purchase some CD’s that have programmes on that will assist in hacking. There are numerous. I suppose you will need to know what you are looking for. You can shop until you find something that meets your requirements.
I agree that it is good for this information to be available. The hackers have it anyway. The normal administrator or IT technicians needs to be aware of the hazards and the vulnerable places and the need to have secure passwords as well as changing them regularly to avoid a ‘break in’.
They should monitor hacker sites to stay on top of new knowledge and break through. This is where they will get the latest and best information to be prepared for an attack.
