Is it good that instructions are freely available?
No.
As mentioned above, websites containing information about how to hack
should be banned from the internet.
There are a lot of people with to much time on their hands, that
almost make it there living to hack. If these websites which contain
the information are banned, then there would be fewer hackers.
Should network administrators monitor hacker sites?
Yes.
If they monitor these sites, less information would be passed on to
other hackers. Still, I think these websites should be banned from the
internet.
