Microsoft South Africa now has an academic version of Expression Web available but has discontinued their FrontPage academic version. You can still use FrontPage for the course - see assignment 3 on your CD for the book details. You can also download an evaluation version (60 days) of Expression Web 2 from Microsoft - it is about 250 MB.
Adobe now has an academic version of Dreamweaver CS3 available but has discontinued their Dreamweaver 8 academic version. Note: Dreamweaver CS4 is currently in beta and will only be released later this year.
As an alternative you can use the trial version of DW8 on your CD (for 60 days) and order the DW8 Training from the Source book - see assignment 3 on your CD for the book details.
If you decide to use Dreamweaver CS3 note that the Adobe Classroom in a Book book needs to have its errata applied (i.e. corrections to the book content and lessons) files for the book that you should use. Look in your downloads folder on the course CD for a file named Dreamweaver CS3 Classroom Erata.zip. Else goto Peachpit Press and download the files from there:

Note: You do not need a student number to order the textbooks - you only need it to order the academic version software. Academic version software is the same as the retail version but you cannot use it to make money. Note that you will only need the software towards the end of April.
