Tut 102 answers?

Has anyone tried to answer the questions in Tut 102 yet? Or maybe better is there not a solution for TUT 102 somewhere?

This is what I got for Question 1 - 5

Question1 A=2
Question2 A=3
Question3 A=4 This is the closest answer.
Question4 A=1
Question5 A=1 I'm not convinced of this. Is there not a main thread in this app which will make the thread count = 2? Kind of confusing this one.

Question1 A=3 option 2 will give a compilation error
Question5 A=2 See the thread example p549-550 read the last paragraph on p550 which indicates that main() is also a thread.
