The Internet has previously only been accessible to a privileged few, but this is cahnging rapidly. Most people have access at work, even through they ma;y not be connected at home. Even if this facility is not otherwise accessible, one can always make use of an Internet Cafe. In theory, most literate people in South Africa have access to the Internet. As the Internet is becoming more popular and the development of technology progresses, more people recognise it's usefulness and it's convenience.
