Hi;

Having a bit of trouble finding the electronic copy. have tried various searches(title, author,subject area etc..) only the subject area gives me a close match but i can't find the 2003 paper.

any ideas ??

in the unisa library site, search for HICSS, you will get a 2002 and some older years as hits, click on the 2002 one and it will open up the IEEE website,

at this site, search for the author and u should find it.

when you look at the library site at unisa, click on the search for information resources, and instead of looking at the A-Z list of subject list, below that is a list of database for thesis and dissertations, if you click there use the ones with full-text, there should be about 3. thats how (as far as i remember) you can find thesis and not articles
