Q1.1
I'm a bit confused by what "functionality" means. Is "functionality" synonomous with "feature" e.g.: a cellphone may have an alarm clock, calculator, games etc.. would these constitute features/functionalities? Whats the difference if any?

Q3.4
How many of each type of requirement (i.e.: functional, data, environmental, usability...) do we need to submit? Would one example (using the Volere template) suffice for each requirement?
