If you wrote the supp exam and paid for it, you are entitled to get a rebate on the sup fee. I had a long fight with unisa with that, pointing out that the reason we failed the first exam was because of an incorrect prep paper.

If you want R115 back, or just out of principle want to raise your voice (and by that hoping to somehow force Unisa to improve their service) then write to me at jkoorts at gmail dot com, and I'll provide you with the email addresses to channel your query for quick feedback.
