The sewage treatment equipments of mixing plant include concrete truck unloading water chute
twin shaft concrete mixer manufacturers, sand separator, sewage tank, agitator, sewage pond clarifier, conveying pump etc. The system should have four sewage pools, three clarify pool. Four sewage tanks are all equipped with surface protective railing and agitator. What's more, No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 sewage tank is provided with a mud pump; No. 2, No. 4, sewage tank is provided with a liquid level gauge; each of three clarify pools has a sewage pump. Periodic rotation of the agitator in the water tank makes the water quality maintained uniform. Each pool is arranged according to a certain order, the overflow pipeline under the sink is communicated with each other. And the water pump is connected on the surface, when the water is short in the pool, there is a forward replenishment through the pump, and keeps the water stable. When the water is excessive in the pool, there will be a backward reflux through the overflow pipe, and make the water be clarified during the reflow process. The water supplement of No. 3 clarify pool need to use the water content in the clear pool, automatic water supplement is through the control system of the tube water level.
